What We Haul from Woodland Homes and Businesses

Everyday household loads
Dump Ninja hauls the clutter that fills Woodland garages, sheds, and spare rooms. Couches, mattresses, dressers, tables, broken electronics, boxes of old clothes, toys the kids outgrew, and the mystery pile behind the water heater. If it is non-hazardous and we can lift it safely, it is usually fair game. We confirm the list during your free onsite estimate so nothing surprises either of us.
Garage, yard, and renovation debris
After a remodel or a spring clean, yards and driveways fill with scrap lumber, old fencing, carpet rolls, toilets, sinks, and bagged drywall. We stage the truck carefully so HOA rules and neighbor driveways stay respected. Tell us about soft lawns, sprinkler heads, and gates before we roll in. Woodland summers get hot; shade and water for the crew help the day move faster.
Appliances and heavy items
Washers, dryers, fridges, stoves, and exercise machines are common. Stairs, tight turns, and soft floors change the labor. That is another reason we quote on site instead of from a photo. If an item needs special disposal handling, we talk through it before we load so the price you approve matches the work.
What we leave behind
We do not haul materials that require specialized hazardous-waste programs beyond normal municipal rules. If something is questionable, ask when you call. We would rather decline a bag than create a problem for your property or our route. Paint cans, chemicals, and similar items often need the county’s drop-off options instead of a junk truck.
Business and landlord cleanouts
Retail turnover, office moves, and rental turnovers generate the same piles on a larger scale. We can schedule around tenants, lockboxes, and business hours. Invoices go to office@dumpninja.com coordination when you need a paper trail for property management.
Combine with other Dump Ninja services
Many Woodland jobs mix junk removal with pet waste yard cleanup, especially before listing a home. Estate and hoarder cleanouts are planned as multi-hour or multi-visit work. Municipal crews call us when surplus debris shows up after events or code cases. One phone number covers the four service lines: (530) 444-4441.
How pricing stays fair
Volume, weight, access, and disposal all matter. That is why there is no public price list and why we never quote from photos. You walk the property with us, hear the number, and approve before we start. Same-day may be available by phone when the board is open. Sunday we are closed.
