Dump Ninja LLC ("Dump Ninja") provides junk-removal and related haul-away services in the Woodland/Davis area.

Estimates

On-site estimates are preferred. Price is based on volume actually loaded. A quote before work is not a bid to perform licensed contractor work unless we say so in writing.

Scope

We haul items you own or are authorized to dispose of. You are responsible for access, parking, and that the items are yours.

We do not take hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, asbestos, batteries as cargo, explosives, medical waste, refrigerant-charged appliances unless arranged). If we find prohibited items we will refuse them.

Property

We take care around your home. We are not a licensed general contractor. Demolition or construction work, if offered, is only done when it is lawful for us to do it. If a job needs a licensed contractor, we will say so.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is done unless we agree otherwise. Cards are processed by Housecall Pro / Clover, not stored on this website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by California law, our liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, except for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
