An onsite walk lets the crew measure volume, plan staging for the truck, and talk through what can be reused or recycled versus what must be disposed. You stand with us. You ask questions. What the walkthrough covers

We look at the pile or the rooms, note appliances and heavy items, check parking and truck swing, and confirm what stays behind. If you are combining junk removal with a yard pet waste visit, say so up front so we can plan the day. For estate and hoarder work we talk about pace, privacy, and whether family will be present. For agency jobs we confirm staging, public access, and invoicing needs.

Same-day reality check

Same-day may be available by phone when the schedule has room. We never auto-book same-day online, and we will not promise a slot we cannot keep. If today is full, we offer the next open window.
