These jobs move at a human pace
Hoarder and estate cleanouts are not a standard garage sweep. Families are grieving, stressed, or overwhelmed. Dump Ninja starts with a free onsite estimate in Woodland so everyone sees the rooms, the volume, and a clear price before the first box moves. We do not rush sentimental decisions and we do not quote from photos.
Walkthrough and sorting plan
We walk room by room with you or the authorized contact. Keep piles stay marked. Donate piles get staged. Trash and recycling leave with the truck. If you need more than one visit, we plan that on day one so the house stays workable between loads.
Privacy and access
Tell us who will be present, which doors we use, and whether neighbors should not see open garage doors all day. We keep conversations professional and the work area as orderly as the job allows. Pathways get protected when floors and walls are at risk.
What leaves the property
Furniture, clothing, papers, kitchenware, yard debris, and general household clutter are common. Hazardous or specialized items get flagged during the estimate. We haul what we can handle safely and point you toward the right options for the rest.
Pricing without surprises
No public price list. No photo quotes. You approve the number before we start. If the scope grows mid-job, we stop and reset the price with you. Same-day may be available by phone for smaller starts; large cleanouts usually need a planned window. Sunday we are closed.
Where we work
Base at 709 Matmor Rd, Woodland, CA 95776. Also Davis, Winters, Dixon, West Sacramento, Vacaville, Sacramento and Natomas, plus smaller in-range towns. Not Elk Grove, Roseville, or Fairfield.
